The programme has a core component focusing on developing the understanding of the broad technical skills required to build digital products, and a raft of support structures, including mentoring, to help embed learning, develop soft-skills and employability skills to prepare young people for success on and after the programme.
The participants will learn about different aspects of the digital product design in response to a brief set by a brand. The participants work in teams of three or four and supported at every stage of the process by learning from the digital agency partnership.
This is a programme for active and experiential learners. The different skill-sets, ideas and practices are best understood by trying them, and being supported when as they do so, because the real learning happens when learners apply these methods!
